Returns & Refunds

At Thaynard, we understand that sometimes purchases need to be returned and/or refunded for a variety of reasons. We’ve instituted this Returns & Refunds Policy to make that process as easy as possible for you.


IF YOUR MERCHANDISE WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, please contact us as soon as possible. We will walk you through the process to start a claim. It will be on you to cover all costs associated to the return of the goods.

All other returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

If your merchandise doesn’t function properly, we’re happy to replace it for you. Simply contact us, and we’ll send you a shipping label for free postage to return your purchase.


If you decide you want a refund instead of an exchange of merchandise, let us know when you contact us. We process refunds in the first 24 to 48 hours, so you should receive a credit to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

If you don’t receive your refund in that time, please contact your credit issuer first. Some issuers’ policies can take up to 10 days to process a refund.

If you’ve chosen to receive a refund, your credit will be issued to one of these forms of payment, whichever was your original method.
